What The Heck is a Chaffle? And Why You Need to Know!

Like a magical unicorn - chaffles will change the way you do breakfast, lunch, dinner and even dessert!


Sometimes a new trend is not all it's cracked up to be. BUT, in this case, I must say, the chaffle (cha-full, pronounced just like waffle, but with a “cha”!) has found its way into our hearts and mouths, on the regular.


Chaffles (aka low-carb waffles) have a superpower to become anything you want; and, in every form, they are delicious and nutritious! The most basic and original definition of a chaffle is a low-carb waffle with egg and cheese as the base ingredients. But you can evolve them beyond a breakfast staple; use them as the "bread" for sandwiches, modify them into a dessert, change the texture by adding some almond or coconut flour, or change the flavor by using sweet versus savory ingredients.
