A Favorite Go-To Meal That Covers Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch & Even Snack!

One of the easiest & most versatile meals you can make, that's healthy for you too!

While our family enjoyed this summer frittata, loaded with seasonal vegetables for dinner, it can also be served as a meal at any time of day. And making this on a Friday for dinner means you can ease into your Saturday without thinking about what to make for breakfast or lunch - because the frittata has you covered for any meal!

The frittata is super versatile - you can serve it hot or at room temperature, get creative with ingredients or even use leftovers lurking in your fridge, swap out ingredients as seasons change - from zucchini and peppers in the summer to broccoli and mushrooms in the fall, and even switch up your cheeses from sharp and savory to light & tangy. The frittata also accomodates dietary preferences. Basically, the possibilites with the frittata are endless!

Creating this nutrient-dense meal doesn't have to be complicated. Using seasonal roasted veggies rich in vitamins and fiber, along with protein and healthly dietary fats from the other ingredients, you can create a simple healthy dinner (or breakfast, or lunch) that doesn’t take a lot of time or energy to make and can satisfy everyone's palate and dietary needs.

Nutrient-dense meals keep you nourished, energized, and mentally on point. When we consume real, fresh whole food, then our bodies know what to do with this food - how to digest it properly to absorb the nutrients from it; how to use it to provide hormonal balance, reduce stress, restore blood sugar balance, reduce inflammation; and how to eliminate what’s not needed. Who doesn't want all of those benefits?
